Domestic Shipping

Our standard despatch is within 2 working days of payment clearing and sent by 48 hour courier service. We can arrange to send by 24 hour courier service at an additional cost of £5.00.

We use either DHL or Royal Mail who will endeavour to deliver in the time-scales stated. However we cannot be held responsible or liable in the event of a delay in delivery.

We ask that when submitting your order you provide us with a contact number which can be used by the courier in the event of difficulties locating you.

We will notify you when to expect delivery; this will be date only and we are unable to provide a specified time. If it is necessary for the courier to attempt delivery on more than one occasion they will leave a card for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. In the event a third delivery attempt is required this cost will be charged directly to you at a cost of £5.00. If delivery is still unsuccessful then the product will be returned to us. Re-delivery to you after this will be charged at the normal rate plus an additional £10.00 for the cost of return to Holcros.

Once your order is despatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information, along with a link to the couriers website (if applicable).

European Shipping

We ship to most European countries via DHL or Royal Mail. Pricing varies by region, and the size and weight of your order. The shipping cost will be displaying in the order basket prior to you checking out.

Delivery times vary by region, but are typically within 2-5 working days.
