Returns

Holcros Cycles adheres to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for:

Exchange:

Where the product is not compatible with the product it is to be used with.
You’ve ordered the wrong things

Exchange will be subject to the goods being unused and original packaging intact and will be returned at the buyers own expense. Returns under these circumstances will also be subject to a £5.00 restocking charge.

Faulty, Damaged or Broken Goods.

All goods purchased from Holcros Cycles are coved by a full warranty unless otherwise stated. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer an extended warranty. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by abuse, general wear and tear, etc.

If you feel that the product you have purchased from Holcros Cycles has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs.

If the goods do need to be returned:

Goods must be clean and free from soiling
A full description of the fault must accompany the return
Goods are returned at your expense

New items returned because we have posted you the wrong part

If we send you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will make an exchange and either pay your postage costs (standard class of mailing) for returning the item or arrange collection dependent on the item concerned.
